My tokens or BetaPass don't appear in MetaMask.

MetaMask does not auto-detect custom ERC-20 tokens or testnet NFTs. Use Import Token for Mock USDC and xPhlo Tokens, and Import NFT for your BetaPass. Contract addresses and token IDs are provided by the xPhlo team.

I can view a deal but cannot commit funds.

You are likely not yet allowlisted for that deal. Contact the XPhlo team to confirm your allowlist status. Also confirm your wallet is on Sepolia testnet and your BetaPass is detected in your connected wallet.

The Commit button is not appearing.

The deal may not be in Funding status, or your BetaPass may not be detected. Refresh the page and confirm your wallet is connected on Sepolia. If the issue persists, contact the team.

The Drawdown button is not available.

The deal must be fully funded before drawdown is possible. Check the funding progress on the deal page.

My withdrawable balance shows zero after repayment.

Allow a moment for the repayment transaction to confirm on-chain. Refresh the page after 30–60 seconds. If it remains at zero, contact the xPhlo team.

I ran out of Sepolia ETH.

Contact the XPhlo team for a top-up.

Can I make a partial repayment?

No. Currently xPhlo represents bullet repayment trade finance facilities. The full agreed repayment amount must be paid in a single transaction. This mirrors a simple standard practice for short-tenor trade finance.

Will my beta activity carry over to mainnet?

No. The Sepolia testnet is entirely separate from any future mainnet deployment. Beta participation is for testing and feedback only.
