xPhlo borrowers are trade originators who use the protocol to access on-chain capital for real-world trade transactions.

In the beta, borrowers represent businesses executing short-tenor commodity trades like pre-shipment financing, inventory purchases, and similar facilities that are typically 30–90 days in duration. The protocol handles funding, drawdown, and repayment entirely on-chain.
